Clery Act Crime Definitions

逮捕和移交纪律处分:根据《澳门新葡京官方网站》，机构还必须报告对违反酒类法的逮捕和移交纪律处分, drug abuse violations, and weapon law violations.

Aggravated Assault

Arrest

Arson

Burglary

Dating Violence

Violence committed by a person who is or has been in a social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the victim; and where the existence of such a relationship shall be determined based on a consideration of the following factors:

• The length of the relationship;
• The type of relationship; and
• 关系中涉及的人之间互动的频率.

Domestic Violence

暴力犯罪:由以下人员犯下的重罪或轻罪:

• 受害者的现任或前任配偶或亲密伴侣，
• 与受害者有共同孩子的人，

Drug Law Violations

cultivation, manufacture, distribution, sale, purchase, use, possession, transportation, or importation of

Illegal Weapons Possession

Liquor Law Violations

• maintaining unlawful drinking places;
• bootlegging;
• operating a still;

• drinking on train or public conveyance;
• and attempts to commit any of the above.

Murder and Non-Negligent Manslaughter

Motor Vehicle Theft

Negligent Manslaughter

Non-Campus Building or Property

Any building or property owned or controlled by a student organization that is officially recognized by the institution; or any building or property owned or controlled by an institution that is used in direct support of, or in relation to, the institution’s educational purposes, is frequently used by students, 并且不在同一机构的合理连续地理区域内.

On Campus Building or Property
